I specialise in product development. I build intuitive, accessible
products and digital experiences for businesses and consumers that are
as beautiful as they are functional.
While I am a problem solver, I am more proud of my ability to be an
accurate problem and value identifier. Not all solutions require design or technology.
That is why my aim is to always understand the
end-to-end customer journey.
Over the past 7 years, I have had the opportunity to bring products in
both B2B and B2C markets to life. I have worked in healthcare
institutions, influencer marketing, and
conversational AI, touching the
recruitment and
mass data gathering industries. You can see how my
belief in focusing on the user and all else will follow (thank you Google)
plays out in my case studies.
Work culture is very important to me. I was the 8th hire at Curious
Thing, and as
Culture Ambassador
I had the pleasure of defining the values and championing the progress
of the company’s culture as the team scaled to over 30 during my four
years there.
My personal values of curiosity for the unknown, passion for the known,
and always over communicate are a core part of my professional
philosophy.
I have trained in Muay Thai for the last 3 years, which has admittedly
involved a lot of side-hammer punches to let out frustration at
unfavourable user testing results.
I am a lover of fantasy and all things ✨magical✨.
I am also a
photographer. You can catch me posting my travels around the world
@heimawayfromhome
and curating my mum’s dogs’ insta-feed

(the cutest Cavalier King Charles spaniels you ever did see).
